We want you to love your Paradox Collection products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Returns We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been opened, used, or tested, including body butters, body scrubs, and body oils once they have been used. Non-returnable items • Any used or opened body butter • Any used or opened body scrub • Any used or opened body oil • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty) Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
